We are Peake Design

After more than 30 years as Chesapeake Uncommon Design, we’re pleased to reintroduce ourselves as Peake Design Group.

At Peake Design, we see things differently. We believe that beauty and function can be found in everything, and that it is our job to harness that inspiration for your benefit. We separate ourselves by pursuing a higher level of design, planning, pre-construction preparation and project management practices. We believe that good design takes effort and communication, and our process reflects that. We believe in our role as a stakeholder and partner in the ultimate success of your project. Leadership, mutual respect, transparency, and the pursuit of excellence fuel our high level of customer service.

We are a team of architectural technologists, interior designers, and project managers passionate about creating spaces that live and work well. We are natural explorers and keen problem solvers. We value creative challenges with purposeful solutions.
